Jose built BadaBing Wings Zone with the philosophy that quality and consistency are key. His special recipes and award-winning wings earned Badabing a special place in Chicago’s food scene. Now, Ani, Jose’s close friend, who is a seasoned expert in the restaurant world and who has been by his side every step of the way—is here to honor that legacy along with Stef and Ray, two of Jose’s employees and confidants. Ani used to own an entertainment center where Jose used to work as a general manager.
This led to a great friendship over the years and together they came up with the idea of Badabing Wings back in 2021. They were about to open a third location for Badabing Wings in Evanston after Blue Island. But God had other plans for Jose and so Ani along with the Jose’s crew of Stef and Ray, is going to continue the legacy and continue to carry forward Chicago's most coveted wings’ journey while adding and bringing much more along with it.
